Our  maintenance contracts aim to provide clients with flexibility that will benefit building and safety requirements.   An elevator and/or escalator evaluation report is completed at the commencement of every service and maintenance contract. This report gives the client a high level overview of the elevators break down rate and general performance. 

Ascensor’s policy is to maintain personalized service through continually talking to our clients and allowing open communication between parties. Our Marketing team is continually developing different ways for clients to provide valuable feedback.
